Shipping policy

At Velocity, we want to get your gear to you as fast as you play. Here's everything you need to know about shipping.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

UK Delivery

• Standard Delivery (3–5 business days): £39 — FREE on orders over £99.99
• Express Delivery (1–2 business days): £69

International Delivery Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout. Please note international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery Delays Whilst we always aim to deliver on time, delays can occasionally happen due to circumstances outside our control (weather, courier issues, peak periods). We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.
