Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Our Returns Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on grip socks and sock sleeve shin pads once the packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How to Start a Return Email us at mickyo@live.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mickyo@live.co.uk with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage costs.
Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.
